Hello Shadow Ridge Parents and Guardians!
Here are the announcements for the week of September 21st

Picture re-takes will be Tuesday, September 22nd

Thursday, October 1st is the official count day for funding. Please make sure your student is in school on Thursday. If a student has an appointment, please have the student attend at least half of the day. Call regarding any questions. Thank you for supporting our school and having your child at SRMS on Thursday, October 1st for the count day! Go Rams!!!

Parent/teacher conferences will be on Thursday, October 8th evening and Friday, October 9th during the day and evening. Please pencil conferences in on your calendar. We will communicate exact time frames in the next few weeks.

The counseling department is looking for volunteers to help out with Shadow Ridge's attendance intervention program. This is the second year of the program and we are already seeing good results. We need adult volunteers who would be available to start right away on Fridays (or the last day of the school week) to come from around 11am to2pm to help with our program. This is not a physically demanding position, you will be sitting for the majority of the time. If you are interested please contact Nancy Davis at 720-972-5054 or contact her via email at nancy.davis@adams12.org. If you can't commit to every week, please still respond as we may be able to find someone else who can help out on the other weeks. Thank you for supporting our students!

RAMS RECOVERY TIME – Help us help your child and improve his/her academic achievement. Teachers will be available the first and third Wednesday of every month from 2:20-3:00 p.m. in individual classrooms for assessment make-ups and help. Transportation will not be provided. Students will need to make transportation arrangements with their parents/guardians.

Shadow Ridge participates in the programs "Box Tops for Education" and "Labels for Education". Many of the food and household items that families purchase have these coupons or emblems on the sides of boxes or wrappers of the item. Please send any of these box tops or labels to SRMS with your student. There is a turn in box for each type in the main office. All of these items turned in mean dollars for the school. Thank you for your participation!

El jueves 1 de octubre es el día oficial de la cuenta para nuestra financiación. Por favor, asegúrese de que su hijo este en la escuela el primero de octubre.
