Hello Shadow Ridge Parents and Guardians!!!!

Here are the announcements for the week of November 13th

Parents/Guardians,

We need your assistance in order to keep ALL of our students safe, as they unload and load to/from school.   The North lot is designated as the parent drop off and pick up lot at Shadow Ridge.  We need ALL vehicles in the north lot to park in the parking spaces, not in the "RED Fire Lane"...which needs to be accessed by emergency personnel in the case of an emergency.  Upon arrival into the north parking lot, we need each individual vehicle to park in an individual vehicle space. Cars have been backed up for hundreds of feet on north Holly Street due to cars parking in the RED Fire Lane and not parking in the individual parking spaces.

National Junior Honor Society is currently sponsoring a food drive. Please donate non-perishable items to your advisory class. The class with the most items will win a prize.

Attention all parents of 8th graders:

High School information nights are Nov 14 and 16 at the Educational Support Center, 1500 east 128th Ave. Starting at 5:45pm-7:10pm .  Please arrive promptly to avoid missing any important information. Come learn about programs, meet administration and counselors and get your questions answered and to discuss the programs offered at each school.

The next Community Night for Shadow Ridge Middle School will be held on Tuesday, November 14th from 5:30 to 6:30 in the Media Center. We will showcase the art, drama, Spanish, music, PE/health, and technology departments. Free babysitting will be provided.

Hola Padres de Familia y Tutores de Shadow Ridge!!!!

Estas son las noticias de la semana de noviembre 13

Padres de Familia y/o Tutores,

Necesitamos su ayuda para proteger a todos nuestros estudiantes, cuando se suben y se bajan de los carros en la escuela. El estacionamiento norte está designado para que los padres de familia lo usen para dejar y recoger a los estudiantes de Shadow Ridge. Necesitamos que TODOS los vehículos en el estacionamiento norte se estacionen en los espacios correspondientes, y no en el “carril de la línea roja” ...el cual necesita estar despejado en caso de emergencia.  Al llegar al estacionamiento norte, necesitamos que CADA vehículo se estacione en un estacionamiento y no se estacione en el carril de la línea roja porque se hace un congestionamiento de carros hasta la calle Holly.  GRACIAS por su apoyo para que Shadow Ridge sea una escuela segura!   Principal Wickham

National Junior Honor Society actualmente está patrocinando una colecta de alimentos. Por favor donar artículos no perecederos para su clase de advisory. La clase con la mayoría de los artículos va a ganar un premio.

Atención a todos los padres del grado 8:

Las noches de información para el High School serán en nov. 14 y 16 en el centro de apoyo educativo, 1500 east 128th Ave de 5:45pm -7:10pm. Por favor llegue puntualmente para que no se pierda de la información importante. Venga a aprender acerca de los programas, a conocer a la administración de la escuela y los consejeros y haga sus preguntas y discuta los programas ofrecidos en cada escuela.

La próxima noche de comunidad será el martes 14 de noviembre de 5:30 a 6:30 pm en la biblioteca.  Los departamentos de Art, Drama, Español, Musica, Educación Física y Salud y Educación Tecnológica harán la presentación.  Tendremos servicio gratis para el cuidado de los niños.
