Hello Shadow Ridge Parents and Guardians!
Here are the announcements for the week of September 9th:

Yearbooks are on sale at the price of $35 through Sept. 9th. Order forms are available in the front office or online at www.jostens.com. The next available time to purchase a yearbook will be in December, at a higher price. So don’t miss out while they are only $35.

Shadow Ridge Annual School Carnival will be on September 13, 2013 from 4:30-7:00pm. It is
$10 for unlimited games and activities. Bake sale items and dinner may be purchased.

Parents- mark your calendars- Tuesday, September 17th is our first Community Night. Come and find out about our school goals, Standards Based Grading, the SRMS Library, and the technology that your student has access to here at Shadow Ridge. Community Night will take place in the SRMS library from 5:30-7:00pm. Babysitting will be available. Hope to see you there!

Saturday School which offers the student a quiet place to work on assignments and have access to computers will be held on Sept 21st in the school library from 9:00 am until noon.

RAM Time (formerly Homework Helpers) offers students a quiet place to work on homework as well as have access to computers to complete assignments. It is located in the library every day except Wednesdays before school at 7:30am to 8:15am and after school from 3:45pm to 4:45pm.

Atencion padres de los estudiantes de SRMS:
Estos son los anuncios para la semana del 9 de septiembre:

Anuarios están a la venta para 35 dólares hasta el 09 de septiembre. Los formularios están disponibles en la oficina o en el web a www.jostens.com. La próxima vez, disponible para comprar un anuario, será en diciembre, a un precio mayor. Así que, no te pierdas mientras son sólo $35.

Nuestro Carnaval Escolar será e 13 de septiembre a las 4:30pm hasta las 7:00pm. Es $10 para todos los juegos y actividades ilimitadas. El postre y la cena se pueden comprar.

Padres- marquen sus calendarios. El martes, 17 de septiembre es nuestra primera Noche de la Comunidad. Ven a conocer las metas de la escuela, las calificaciónes basadas en estándares, la biblioteca de la escuela, y la tecnología que su estudiante tiene acceso aquí en la escuela. Noche de la Comunidad se llevará a cabo en la biblioteca de las 5:30-7:00pm. Niñera estará disponible. Espero verlos allí!

El servicio, Escuela de los Sábados, que ofrece al estudiante un lugar tranquilo para terminar las tareas y tener acceso a las computadoras se llevara acabo el 21 de septiembre en la biblioteca de la escuela desde las 9:00 am hasta el mediodía.

El servicio Tiempo de Carnero (conocidos antes Ayudantes para Tarea) ofrece a los estudiantes un lugar tranquilo para terminar la tarea y tener acceso a las computadoras. Se encuentra en la biblioteca todos los días menos los miércoles antes de la escuela a las 7:30 am a las 8:15 am y después de clases a las 3:45-4:45.
