Hello Shadow Ridge Parents and Guardians!!!!
Here are the announcements for the week of December 9th
Come join the WEB Leaders on Wednesday, December 11th @2:15 pm in the cafeteria to build your very own Gingerbread House. You should have received a ticket for the event from your WEB Leader. This ticket MUST be signed by your parent or guardian in order to attend. And you must bring the ticket in order to begin building your house!
Parents/Guardians:
You are required to give your permission for your student to attend and watch . The event will begin at 2:15pm and end at 3:15 pm. Your student must have a way to get home after the event. If you are picking up your student, please be to the school by 3:10 pm. By signing the ticket you are giving permission for your student to attend and you and your student will make arrangements for transportation home. We will be watching How the Grinch Stole Christmas, Rated: PG. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the school
Parents of 6th and 7th graders- Hopefully you have received a flyer and emails notifying you that your student is invited to participate in our Belize educational tour program. There will be an informational meeting on Tuesday Dec 17 at 6:00pm in the Cafeteria at school where you will have the chance to hear about and ask questions about this exciting opportunity for our students. If you are interested in more information but are unable to attend the meeting, please contact Ms. Seely at cathy.l.seely@adams12.org or Mr. Shock atnathan.m.shock@adams12.org

Shadow Ridge BIONIC Club is hosting a toy drive from November 11th through December 13th. Check the Shadow Ridge website for more information. Please bring toys to the counseling office. Thank you for your support.
The library at Shadow Ridge will host a holiday book swap on December 17 and 18th during school hours. Students are welcome to bring in new or nearly new books to trade in for other new or nearly new books. Trade your unwanted books for new titles or shop for family or friends. Hope to see you there!
Milk Caps for Moola!
Shadow Ridge is teaming up with Longmont Dairy to raise $$ money for our SRMS Special Education department! The money will go towards 2 Chromebook carts with a total of 20 Chromebooks for students with disabilities. Bring your Longmont Dairy Milk and OJ caps to the front office. Thank you for your contribution!
Parents and Students Winter break is coming up and several coats and lunch boxes are in the lost and found. Please make sure to pick up any items before December 19th or they will be donated.
Are you in need of assistance this school year? At Shadow Ridge, your child will be given access to basic essentials such as coats, pants, and other clothing items, or hygiene products through our Precious Child Boutique. Please contact Debbie Millard at 720-972-5054 to learn more.

Atención estudiantes de 6to grado
Venga el miércoles 11 de diciembre a las 2:15 pm a la cafetería y disfrute con los WEB líderes en el evento donde podrán hacer una casita de Jengibre. Para asistir a este evento debes tener un boleto que te dará un WEB líder. Para asistir al evento el boleto debe estar firmado por tus padres o tutores y debes traer el boleto para que puedas hacer la casa!
Padres de Familia / Tutores:
Usted debe dar su permiso a su hijo/a para que asista al evento. El evento comenzará a las 2:15 pm y termina a las 3:15 pm. Su estudiante debe tener una manera de llegar a casa después del evento. Si usted va a recoger a su estudiante, este en la escuela a las 3:10 pm. Al firmar el boleto, usted están dando permiso para que su estudiante asista al evento y usted y su estudiante deben hacer arreglos de transporte para que el estudiante llegue a su casa. Gracias por su apoyo. Vamos a ver la película How the Grinch Stole Christmas, clasificación PG.

La biblioteca de Shadow Ridge está organizando un intercambio de libros para el 17 y 18 de diciembre durante el horario escolar. Tapas de leche para Moola!
Shadow Ridge está asociándose con lácteos de Longmont para recaudar $$ dinero para nuestro Departamento de Educación Especial. El dinero recaudado será para comprar 2 carros con 20 Chromebooks para los estudiante con discapacidades. Traiga sus tapas de leche y jugo de Longmont lácteos a la oficina. Gracias por su apoyo!

Las vacaciones de invierno se acercan y varios abrigos y loncheras están en el lost and found. Por favor no se olvide de recoger los objetos perdidos antes del 19 de diciembre o se donaran.
