Hello Shadow Ridge Parents and Guardians!!!!

Here are the announcements for the week of September 25th

The Annual SRMS Carnival is on September Friday, 29th from 4:15 to 6:30. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Mrs. Kemble.  Once again this year kids will need to purchase a wristband for $10. This wristband allows them unlimited access to all booths along with the inflatable obstacle course, the dunk tank and cotton candy. For an extra fee they can purchase food, a chance to win a delicious dessert in the cake walk, pictures from the photo booth, as well as a few other things. Students will also have the opportunity to earn prizes using a punch card they will receive at the carnival!

Just a reminder to parents and students: Skateboards, rollerblades, bikes, and scooters shall not be ridden on school grounds due to safety concerns.  Please make sure that your student is obeying this rule and that once they get on school grounds, they need to get off of their skateboards, rollerblades, bikes, and scooters and walk them the rest of the way.  After school, they need to walk them until they get off of school grounds.  Thank you for keeping our students safe.

Dear Parents, Guardians, and students,

Just a friendly reminder that the fundraiser ends on September 26th.  Please have your student complete the order form and return them to their science teacher by September 26th. Thank you for your participation in this year's Classic Recipes Cookie Dough and Entertainment Book Fundraiser to raise money for our school.  If you have any questions, please contact Bernie Donin at 720-972-5045.  Again, thank you for all you do to support Shadow Ridge Middle School.

Milk Caps for Moola!

Shadow Ridge is teaming up with Longmont Dairy to raise $$ money for our the SRMS Special Education department!  The money will go towards 2 Chromebook carts with a total of 20 Chromebooks for students with disabilities.  Bring your Longmont Dairy Milk and OJ caps to the front office.  Thank you for your contribution!

Estas son las noticias de la semana del Septiembre 25

El carnaval anual de SRMS será el viernes, 29 de septiembre de 4:15 a 6:45 PM. Si usted está interesado en ser voluntario por favor comuniquese con la Sra. Kemble.  Este año los estudiantes tendrán que comprar una pulsera de $10.  Esta pulsera les permitirá acceso ilimitado a todas las atracciones así como también  a los obstáculos inflables, el hombre al tanque, y algodón de azúcar.  Por una cuota extra podrán comprar comida,  pasteles y la oportunidad de caminar en el paseo de los pasteles, fotos en la cabina fotográfica, así como algunas otras cosas. Los estudiantes también tendrán la oportunidad de ganar premios utilizando una tarjeta con perforaciones que recibirán en el carnaval.

Este es un recordatorio para los padres y estudiantes: patinetas, patines, bicicletas y scooters no pueden ser usadas en el perímetro de la escuela debido a las medidas de seguridad. Por favor, asegúrese de que su estudiante obedezca esta regla y una vez que se encuentre en la escuela, necesita dejar de usar la patinetas, patines, bicicletas y scooters y deberá caminar el resto del camino. Después de la escuela, deben caminar y no usarlos  hasta que se encuentren fuera del perímetro de la escuela.  Gracias por mantener seguros a nuestros estudiantes.

Este es un recordatorio para avisarles que la recaudación de fondos finaliza el 26 de septiembre.  Por favor esté al pendiente que su estudiante complete el formulario de pedido y lo devuelva a su maestro de Ciencias para el 26 de septiembre. Shadow Ridge está asociándose con lácteos de Longmont para recaudar $$ dinero para nuestro Departamento de Educación Especial de SRMS! El dinero recaudado será para comprar 2 carros con 20 Chromebooks para los estudiantes con discapacidades. Traiga sus tapas de leche y jugo de Longmont lácteos a la oficina.  ¡Gracias por su apoyo!
