Here are the announcements for the week of February 29th:

Attention all 8th grade parents, please return all registration forms to your student’s high school open house.
Legacy High - Monday, Feb 29th, 6:30 p.m.
Northglenn High - Monday, Feb 29th 5p.m. -7 p.m.
Horizon High - Monday, Feb. 29th, 6 p.m. -8 p.m.
Mountain Range High - Wednesday, March 2nd 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
Thornton High - Tuesday, March 8th, 6:00 p.m.

PARCC testing is around the corner. Parents, please do not schedule any appointments during our testing times. Students, be sure to get plenty of rest the night before, eat a healthy breakfast, and be on time for school.

RAM Time offers students a quiet place to work on homework as well as have access to computers to complete assignments. It is located in the library on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays before school 7:30-8:15 and after school 3:35-4:45. No RAM Time on Wednesdays.

Week of Feb 22nd

Here are the announcements for the week of February 22nd:

Attention all 8th grade parents, high school registration is Feb. 23. All Adams 12 District high schools will be registering 8th grade students here at SRMS. Make sure your student is in attendance. Please ask your student for their registration paperwork when they get home. Questions call Ms. Trujillo 720-972-5057.

Attention: 6th Grade
Come to our Not So... Winter Wonderland!! (This is the make-up date from December)
6th grade students are invited to come and make Gingerbread houses with their WEB Leaders on Thursday February 25, 2016, and it requires permission to attend. The event will begin at 3:45 pm and end at 4:45 pm. Each student will receive a ticket from their WEB Leader. Please sign this ticket and have them present it at the door at the activity. Each student must have a way to get home after the event. If you are picking up your student, please be to the school by 4:45 pm. Any questions, please have your student check with their WEB Leader.

Estos son los anuncios para la semana del 22 de febrero:

Atención a todos los padres del octavo grado, la matriculación para la escuela secundaria es el 23 de febrero. Todo las escuelas secundarias del distrito de Adams 12 estaran presente. Here are the announcements for the week of February 15th:

There will be a Washington D.C. meeting on Tuesday Feb 16th at 6:30 pm. All students travelling on the trip this year need to be there. If you have any questions please contact Mr. Smith.

RAMS Recovery is cancelled this Wednesday, February 17th.

Parents: Shadow Ridge Middle School participates in the programs "Box Tops for Education" and "Labels for Education". Many of the food and household items that families purchase have these coupons or emblems on the sides of boxes or wrappers of the item. Please send any of these box tops or labels to SRMS with your student. There is a turn in box for each type in the main office. All of these items turned in mean dollars for SRMS. Thanks for you participation!!

RAMS RECOVERY TIME – Help us help your child and improve his/her academic achievement. Teachers will be available the first and third Wednesday of every month from 2:20-3:00 p.m. in individual classrooms for assessment make-ups and help. Transportation will not be provided. Students will need to make transportation arrangements with their parents/guardians.
