Fall Conferences 2014

Parents/Guardians of SR,
Parent/Teachers conferences are right around the corner. We will be hosting conferences on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday ...October 8th, 9th, and 10th. Please plan on dropping in to see your student's teachers during the following schedule, if you haven't already received a phone call.

Drop-in Conference times are the following times for each grade...

6th grade will be from 7-8 pm on Wednesday evening, 7-8 pm on Thursday evening, and 2:30-3:30 pm on Friday.

7th grade Thursday evening from 5-8 p.m. and 1-3:30 on Friday.

8th grade 7-8 p.m. on Wednesday evening, 5-8 p.m. on Thursday evening, and 1-3:30 on Friday.

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the end time of each conference session to assure adequate time regarding your student's progress.

Core content teachers (Math, Reading, Science, Social Studies, and Writing) will be located in or near their classrooms. Each grade level will be in their grade level pod.

Elective teachers will be located in their classrooms, the elective wing is C200.

If you cannot attend on the available days and times, please contact the counseling office for another meeting time.

Las conferencias con los maestros es el miércoles , jueves y viernes 8, 9, y 10 de octubre. Por favor planee a consultar con los maestros de su hijo durante este horario:

El sexto grado será de 7-8 pm el miércoles, 7-8 pm el jueves, y 2: 30-3: 30 pm el viernes.

El séptimo grado el jueves de 5-8 pm y 1-3: 30 el viernes.

El octavo grado 7-8 pm el miércoles, 5-8 pm el jueves, y 1-3: 30 el viernes.

Por favor de llegar 20 minutos antes de la hora de finalización de cada sesión de la conferencia para asegurar un tiempo adecuado con respecto al progreso de su estudiante.

Los maestros de matemáticas, lectura, ciencias, estudios sociales, y la escritura se encuentraran en o cerca de sus aulas.

Maestros de los electivos estarán ubicados en sus aulas en el segundo piso C200.

Si usted no puede asistir en los días y horarios disponibles, por favor póngase en contacto con la oficina de consejería para ser otra cita con los maestros.
