Week of May 13th

Hello Shadow Ridge Parents and Guardians!
Here are the announcements for the week of May 13th:

No more Homework Helpers for this school year. Homework Helpers will return in the fall.

Shadow Ridge is having a book fair. This is a ONE day only book fair and will take place on Tuesday, May 14th. This is a "buy one, get one free" book fair. Buy one book and get a second book free. The book fair will take place in the SRMS library and will be open from 8:00am - 4:00pm. Stop by and get some great books for summer reading.

The 6th grade choir will be having their Spring Concert on Thursday May 16th at 7pm in the Cafetorium. Friends and family are invited to attend. All 6th grade choir students should wear black pants or skirts with white blouses (no t-shirts) and must be present at 6:15pm to warm up.

Yearbook distribution is May 17th. The last day to preorder and guarantee you get a yearbook is Monday, May 13th. If there are any books left AFTER the 13th, they can be purchased on the 17th. There are only 50 extra books orders so don't miss out on all the memories from the school year. 

Final Tests, Monday, May 20th – Wednesday, May 22nd. 

Thursday, May 23rdlast day of school for 8th grade students. No school for 6th and 7th grade students

Friday, May 24th last day of school for 6th and 7th grade students, half day 8:30-12:00

Atencion padres de los estudiantes de SRMS:
Estos son los anuncios para la semana del 13 de mayo :

Ayudantes de Tarea termino para este año escolar. Regresará en el otoño.

En la biblioteca de la escuela tendremos una feria de libros. Se llevará a cabo solamente el martes 14 de mayo a las 8am hasta las 4pm. Se trata de una feria en que "compre uno y llévese otro gratis.”

El coro del sexto grado tendra su concierto de primavera el jueves 16 de mayo a las 7 de la noche en el cafeteria. Todos estan invitados. Los estudiantes parte del coro se tendran que vestirse de pantalones o faldas negras con blusas blancas y tienen que estar presente a las 6:15.

La distribución de los anuarios es el 17 de mayo. El último día de reserva y le garantiza que obtendrá un anuario es el lunes, 13 de mayo. Si hay algún anuario después del 13 de mayo, se pueden comprar el 17 de mayo. Sólo nos queden 50 anuarios para vender.

Las pruebas finales se llevaran acabo el lunes, 20 de mayo hasta el miércoles 22 de mayo. 

El jueves, 23 de mayo es el ultimo día de clases para los estudiantes de 8 º grado. No hay clases para los estudiantes de sexto y séptimo grado.
EL viernes, 24 de mayo es el último día de clases para los estudiantes de sexto y séptimo grado. Solamente asistan el medio día o sea desde las 08:30 hasta el medio dia.
