Week of March 25th

Hello Shadow Ridge Parents and Guardians!

 Here are the announcements for the week of March 25th :

Parents and Students,
In our ongoing efforts to provide the safest and secure environment for our students, an additional security measure will be installed, called an AiPhone.

- ALL doors will be locked at all times from the outside.

- In order to enter the building, you will need to press the button located on the north wall of our main entrance, near the handicap door opener.

- An office member will release the doors, allowing access to the building.

- Once entering the building, ALL visitors must check in at the office to obtain a visitor pass.

Please remember to bring a government issued ID in order to check in at the office.
Our doors will be unlocked for large student activities and family events, and sign in sheets will be available in the main hallway. A letter will be going home with the students after we return from Spring Break.
Thank you for your support in keeping our students safe.

Parents of next year’s 8th graders: If your student is interested in going to Washington D.C. with Shadow Ridge over Spring Break next year, there will be an informational meeting at 6:00 pm on Tuesday April 9th in the Shadow Ridge Library. We will have an overview of the trip, registration information and fundraising opportunities that can be done over the summer. If you have any questions about the trip please contact Mr. Smith.

Atencion padres de los estudiantes de SRMS:
Estos son los anuncios para la semana del 25 de marzo :


Padres y estudiantes, En nuestros esfuerzos por proporcionar un ambiente seguro para nuestros estudiantes, van instalar una medida adicional para seguridad llamada AiPhone.

- TODAS las puertas estarán cerradas para el exterior en todo momento.

- Para entrar al edificio, usted tendrá que presionar el botón en la pared del lado norte de la entrada del edificio, al lado del botón para discapacitados.

- Un miembro de la oficina abrirá las puertas para usted, lo cual le permitirá acceso al edificio.

- Una vez entre al edificio, TODOS los visitantes tendrán que registrarse en la oficina y recibir un pase de visitante.

Por favor, recuerde traer una identificación con foto emitida por el gobierno para poder registrarse en la oficina. Nuestras puertas estarán abiertas para actividades de estudiantes y eventos familiares, y las hojas para registrarse estarán disponibles en el pasillo principal. Una carta se irá a casa con el estudiante después de regresar de las vacaciones de primavera.

 Atención padres de proximos 8vo grado: si su estudiante está interesado en ir a Washington DC con la escuela durante las vacaciones de primavera para el próximo año escolar, habrá una junta informativa a las 6:00 pm el martes 09 de abril en la biblioteca de la escuela. Vamos a tener una visión general del viaje, información de registro, y las oportunidades de recaudación de fondos que se pueden hacer durante el verano. Si usted tiene alguna pregunta sobre el viaje, por favor comuníquese con el Sr. Smith al 720.972.7751.
